My first impression left me with nothing but good things to say, but I wanted to wait and make sure they weren't just nice to get me in the door :) Andrew is who initially won me over to this State Farm agency, he's amazing! Straight forward, prompt, thorough, patient, and even has a good sense of humor! However, everyone that I have talked to there has been great, special shout out to Ginger who happily steps into help when Andrew isn't available, instead of making me wait. The icing on the cake is the up front pricing and the easy to navigate app. We had to change insurance after an at fault accident and State Farm was the most reasonable option with their Drive Safe and Save program.
